How to Install itksnap software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

itksnap software package provides semi-automatic segmentation of structures in 3D images, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install itksnap

itksnap is installed in your system.

Make ensure the itksnap package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep itksnap *

You will get with itksnap package name, version, architecture and description in a table
